NCH Summer Listening Sessions Begin June 18

Coös County, NH – June 12, 2026 – North Country Healthcare (NCH) will continue its Community Conversation series with a second set of listening sessions held June 18-24 across the North Country. Community members are encouraged to attend the sessions to share their perspectives and experiences with local healthcare, providing valuable input that will inform organizational planning.

“North Country Healthcare was built on the belief that our hospitals and services are stronger together,” says NCH CEO Tom Mee. “That work requires discipline, transparency, and long-term planning, especially in a rural healthcare environment facing workforce shortages, financial pressures, and increasing complexity. It also requires partnership with our communities.”

Held again in partnership with NH Listens of the Carsey School of Public Policy at the University of New Hampshire, the Summer 2026 Community Conversations are planned for:

Thursday, June 18 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital in Colebrook, NH

Monday, June 22 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for a virtual option (Please visit northcountryhealth.org/nch-listens to register to receive the meeting link).

Tuesday, June 23 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at St. Kieran for the Arts in Berlin, NH
