WHITEFIELD, NH, January 3, 2025 – North Country Healthcare (NCH) is pleased to announce that Susan “Sue” Reed, RPh, CPHQ, LSSBB, has recently been named NCH Director of Pharmacy.
Sue began her NCH career as Pharmacy Operations Manager in July 2023. In her new role, some of Sue’s primary responsibilities will be:
- Ensure pharmacy services are delivered with safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer service excellence.
- Support the design and implementation of quality and medication safety initiatives to provide timely and efficient care.
- Establish strong collaborative relationships with business and clinical leaders throughout the North Country Healthcare and New Hampshire.
A former Healthcare Consultant for the Joint Commission Resources and Steven Hirsch & Associates, Sue has also served as the System Director for Pharmacy Operations at Adventist Health West which included 19 hospitals across four states.
Sue is on-pace to earn her Master’s of Business Administration, with a Healthcare Concentration, from Columbia Southern University in June 2025, and will then sit for the Board of Governors Exam. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.
