Rebecca Sava, RMA, CPRP, Provider Recruitment Coordinator at North Country Healthcare (NCH), recently earned her Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification through the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR). The accomplishment emphasizes Rebecca’s commitment to excellence in provider recruitment and signifies her readiness to excel in this vital aspect of healthcare.
The CPRP certification, offered by AAPPR, is a credential that recognizes individuals who have demonstrated a high level of proficiency and knowledge in physician and provider recruitment. The certification process requires a minimum of six months’ direct engagement in the provider field, comprehensive training through a ten-module course, followed by an exam for certification. Curriculum covers a wide range of critical areas, including sourcing, screening, selecting, offering, hiring, onboarding, retainment, succession planning, laws and ethics, equity, diversity, inclusion, communication, relationships and data utilization.
