Your experiences and insights can help us improve care, strengthen communication, and create a better experience for everyone we serve.

Purpose and Goals of the Patient & Family Advisory Council:

  • Elevate the patient and family voice into system decision-making including potential input on policies, projects, design/construction, service lines, patient satisfaction feedback, patient education, and quality initiatives
  • Improve patient experience and trust
  • Strengthen rural community engagement
  • Reduce experience variability across locations
  • Inform quality, safety, and access initiatives.

Before becoming an active PFAC advisor you will be asked to participate in our interview process, agree to a routine background check, sign a confidentiality statement, and attend both volunteer and PFAC orientation.
