North Country Healthcare is pleased to welcome April Mottram, RPh, as Pharmacy Operations
Director (POD). April will work closely with fellow team members on our collective 340B
program, Pharmacy budgets, and policies and contracts. In addition, she will lead the Pharmacy
and Therapeutics (P&T) team in its’ efforts toward a common formulary, and provide additional
administrative support to Pharmacy Directors across our healthcare System.
A North Country resident, April most recently served the Arthritis Foundation, providing
strategic direction and management of its Grants & Foundations program. In this role, she
developed systems and processes to streamline grant writing and tracking.
Prior to her work at the Arthritis Foundation, April was the Executive Director of the New
Hampshire Public Health Association, providing oversight, management, vision and leadership
for areas including, but not limited to, revenue generation, human resources, member services,
programs, finance, communications and Board development.
April brings with her a wealth of leadership experience from additional roles held within the
North Country Health Consortium.
April, who will spend time at all hospital pharmacies, will join NCH on February 7.
