Jefferson, NH – May 15, 2026 – There’s still time to register your team for the NCH Spring Classic golf tournament, “Fore the Future”! Held at the picturesque Waumbek Golf Course on June 12th and 13th, this exciting fundraiser brings together golf enthusiasts and community supporters for a friendly competition on the greens.
The 18-hole tournament will feature themed holes, contests, raffles, and the NCH Spring Classic Sunset Soirée featuring live music on June 12th at 5 p.m. Both Friday and Saturday will see up to 30 teams of four play; golfers can pick which day to play, or register for both! Both days feature a BBQ lunch for golfers. Admission to the Sunset Soirée is included in team registration, with additional tickets available for non-golfers.
“Fore the Future” is more than just a golf tournament: proceeds will strengthen access to healthcare in the North Country by supporting the White Mountains Family Medicine Residency and by investing in the continued growth of the NCH team. One of the most effective ways to address the availability of primary care physicians in rural areas is to train physicians in the communities where they will practice. The White Mountains Family Medicine Residency program will welcome its first class of resident physicians in July 2027. Support for the White Mountains Family Residency will ensure the program grows into a long-term pipeline of family doctors for the North Country.
