Host Biographies
Ashley Brown has been part of the North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency team for over five years. She is a graduate of Northern Vermont University, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services. Prior to becoming a medical social worker, Ashley worked as a licensed nursing assistant for over seven years at Littleton Regional Healthcare. Ashley is a compassionate hospice social worker devoted to helping patients and families navigate the emotional, practical, and spiritual aspects of the end-of-life care. Throughout her career, Ashley has worked closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive care that aligns with their goals, values, and beliefs. Recently, Ashley completed the Grief Educator Certification, furthering her passion for grief support and education. Ashley strongly believes that every human deserves dignity, comfort, and compassion at the end of their lives.
Kelsea Denney is a hospice social worker who has spent the past few years serving patients and families as a part of North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency. With an educational background in counseling, she believes that most often, both listening and a supportive presence can be a powerful therapeutic tool. Kelsea is passionate about helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging moments, offering comfort, guidance, and understanding. She is especially drawn to hospice care because of the meaningful connections she builds with patients and their loved ones, finding purpose in providing emotional support and presence during end-of-life journeys.
Derrick Fallon is a spiritual counselor that partners with North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency (NCHHHA). He is an ordained minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America with a doctorate in Ministry from Luther Seminary in Saint Paul, MN. He also has a certificate in Spiritual Formation from Northwind Institute. Along with his responsibilities at NCHHHA, he is also currently serving as transitional pastor at Ascension Lutheran Church in South Burlington, VT.
